Refund policy

A customer who orders products from the "the-slovenia" online store may withdraw from the contract (purchase) for any reason—whether dissatisfied with the ordered products or otherwise—by notifying the company via email (info@the-slovenia.com) within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason for the decision.

Within 14 days of this notification, the customer must send the goods—undamaged and in their original quantity—to the address provided, as returned goods are sent directly back to the supplier.

We will refund all payments made by the customer within 14 days of receiving the notification, without the customer needing to submit a specific request for the refund.

The customer bears the costs associated with returning the goods. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The customer must include a copy of the invoice with the return.
