Shipping policy
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the product's weight.
Delivery: Delivery is handled by Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Post). Once an order is placed, the package is handed over to the courier on the next business day and delivered the day after that. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Stock Availability: We make every effort to keep our online store's inventory up to date; synchronization with our stock management system occurs every 10 minutes. However, situations may arise where a customer orders an item that is out of stock (e.g., due to a simultaneous purchase, technical issue, or synchronization error). In such cases, we will immediately notify the customer and offer one of the following options:
- a similar substitute product,
- an expedited order from the supplier,
- a refund of the purchase price, if payment has already been made.
